Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Office Hours of Operation?
We are open Monday to Friday 9-5pm (excluding holidays and office closure days) for visits and to assist with any questions or concerns.
Please note, that this may differ from our doctors who can have their own separate extended hours for patient care.

We do not provide after hours care. Please call the office at 678-373-9528 and leave a voicemail with your name, contact information, and inquiry clearly stated. Voicemails will be reviewed on the next business day during office hours by our office staff.

We do not provide any crisis care or emergent medical or psychiatric services.
Please contact 911 or visit the nearest hospital emergency department in case of an emergency. You can also contact the Georgia Crisis and Access line at 1-800-715-4225, which provides 24/7 access to mental health services.

Medication refill requests may be submitted through our website by using our Medication Request form found in the Patient Resources tab.

If you do not have access to the internet, alternatively you can call the office (during business hours) at 678-373-9528 and leave a message with your contact information, the name of the medication, dose, quantity, and the pharmacy name along with the phone number.

Refill requests do not constitute an emergency during non-business hours. Please be mindful that you have enough medications during weekends and holidays/office-closure dates. Our office hours are listed on our website.

Each clinician has their own email policy which can be discussed at appointment visits. Generally, it is requested that emails sent to your provider are for brief medical questions only and extensive emails will be subject to an appointment.

Please note: Emails are not regularly checked after hours, weekends, and on office closure days.

Each provider has their own telephone policy which can be discussed at appointment visits. Generally, it is overall requested that telephone contact with a doctor be reserved for urgent questions only during non-business hours.

Located to the back of the building, there are 2 parking lot options. One is located above ground and one is underground with the elevator access located in the middle of the parking garages.

We can offer ONE vehicle validation ticket for a portion of your appointment time.

After parking, take the elevator to the 2nd floor for suite 255. It is located three doors to the left and down the hallway after exiting the elevators.

Presently our patient care is limited to those who are residents of the state of Georgia only.
