Please check with your pharmacy to see if you have refills available on your prescriptions, as the doctor will usually send in enough to last until you are due for your next visit. (We recommend calling the pharmacy directly to speak with a pharmacist, as information on the pharmacy/app is not always reliable, especially with stimulant prescriptions.) 

If the pharmacy says you do not have any refills on file, please fill out the below form and allow us 24-48 business hours to take care of your request, and then follow up with your pharmacy to see when they will be available for pickup.

If you are overdue for an appointment, refills may be subject to a $15 fee.
